1. Membership and Access

  • Registration: To become a member, you must complete the registration form and provide accurate information. A library card will be issued, which is non-transferable.

  • Account Responsibility: Members are responsible for all activities conducted under their membership accounts. Please notify the library immediately if your card is lost or stolen.

2. Use of Library Facilities

  • Computer and Internet Use: The library provides access to computers and the internet. Members must adhere to the library’s Acceptable Use Policy, available at each computer station and on our website.
  • Meeting Rooms: Meeting rooms are available for public use. Reservations are required and must comply with the library’s Meeting Room Policy.
  • If your leave your belongings behind, Management is not Responsible for any theft/loss.
  • You are not allowed to share Wi-Fi Password with Anyone.
  • In case of Misbehaviour, Registration will be cancelled and fees will be forfeited.
  • Entry & Exit to the library must be within allotted time.
  • Discussion/talking not allowed inside the library.
  • Use single seat for yourself and your belongings

3. Collection and Resources

  • Collection Development: The library strives to maintain a diverse collection. Suggestions for new materials are welcome but subject to the library’s Collection Development Policy.
  • Electronic Resources: Access to electronic resources, including databases and e-books, is available to members. Usage is governed by licensing agreements and the library’s Electronic Resources Policy.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Personal Information: The library respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
  • Confidentiality: Library records are confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law.

  • Personal Property: The library is not responsible for personal property left unattended.
